Synopsis:
'Right from the first bars, the music was presented with an airy, tonally rich presentation and a copious soundstage.
The large Majik 140 loudspeakers never sounded heavy or thick when switching between them and high quality mini-monitors and that's a very good sign.
The smallest -well, as far as the Majik-I is concerned- Linn Majik system has made a very good impression on this writer. Even during the most complex pieces, there wasn't a hint of overshoot or congestion, instead the Linn Majik system presented demanding music in a relaxed and sure-footed manner. We're not dealing with typical 'High End' fireworks here, but rather with a sophisticated no-nonsense music system for the true record collector.'
