Custom Install Business Development Manager

We are currently looking for a Custom Install (CI) Business Development Manager based in North America to join our international sales team.

Mission

Lead with Linn Whole Home to develop Linn CI business in North America and achieve year on year sustainable sales growth.

Key Objectives

  • Strategically manage and develop Linn CI business in North America to deliver the agreed sales objectives and targets.
  • Increase Linn’s CI market share in the territory and create a platform for sustainable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Head of CI Sales to define key objectives, activities and deliverables for overall territory and report progress as required.
  • Manage, develop and support Linn CI network to deliver the agreed sales objectives and targets.
  • Expand Linn CI network in North America. Create territory development plans and report progress.
  • Establish and grow new CI accounts.
  • Ensure CI’s are fully trained and using the available Linn marketing tools to maximise sales.
  • Work with key accounts to drive more Linn multiroom projects per CI with higher value.
  • Create business plans with key accounts with agreed activities, milestones and measurables.
  • Foster and develop long term relationships with CI accounts by adding value to their business.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with 3rd parties that deliver Linn CI sales growth.
