Service Administrator

Due to continued success, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator to join our busy, hard-working Sales Administration team.


Responsibilities:

  • Administrator for all aspects of the Linn Products returns process
  • Point of contact for returns
  • Raise, maintain, and close our Return Service Notes (RSNs)
  • Manage invoicing and credits
  • Part number creation, maintenance, and pricing

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Previous administration experience (ideally with a manufacturing or electronics background)
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and multitask, as multiple parties or duties may require attention at any given time
  • Ability to problem solve and work under own initiative
  • Confidence and capability to professionally, effectively, and courteously, deal with retailer complaints and queries
  • Computer proficient, specifically Windows / Office

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Background in a service-related field
  • An interest in technology or hifi
  • A second language would be a bonus
