Customer Service Administrator

Due to continued success, a vacancy has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join our busy, hard-working Sales Administration team. This is an exciting opportunity to let your personality shine through and learn and develop new skills.


  • Customer service and admin for all aspects of the Linn Products returns process
  • Point of contact for returns
  • Raise, maintain, and close our Return Service Notes (RSNs)
  • Manage invoicing and credits
  • Part number creation, maintenance, and pricing

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Customer service and admin experience
  • Ability to prioritise and use initiative, as multiple parties or tasks may require attention at any given time
  • Confidence to professionally and effectively deal with retailer complaints and queries

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • An interest in technology or hifi
  • Desire to learn and develop
