About the Role:
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our energetic team. Your mission: develop our network of independent specialist retailers and bring new accounts on board. If you enjoy creative problem-solving, sharing ideas, are passionate about music and thrive while travelling, this role is for you. Expect regular travel across the UK, the USA, and Canada.

Activities
• Collaborate: Work closely with the Direct Market Sales Lead and the Business Development team to deliver Linn's sales strategy
• Create Winning Partnerships: Use relationship building and questioning to identify what’s important to your accounts
• Strategic Support: Work with accounts to create and implement effective business plans to achieve their objectives and offer relevant solutions to their challenges
• Develop The Network: Identify and onboard ideal new retail accounts, then help them build their Linn business
• Achieve: Collaborate with retailers on relevant sales activities to hit sales targets
• Leverage Data: Use sales and market data to drive your activities and plans
Necessities
- Collaborative approach to working with both internal and external contacts
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills
- Consultative, partnership-driven sales approach
