We are currently looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer with expertise in Power Supply Design to join our talented and innovative R&D team.

Essential Skills

  • Off-line switched-mode power supply design:
    • Flyback
    • Half-bridge
    • Full-bridge
    • Power-factor correction
    • Synchronous rectification
  • Control theory
    • Loop gain modelling and measurement
    • Stability analysis and verification
  • Magnetics:
    • Design and specification of custom magnetics
  • EMC:
    • Knowledge of relevant standards
    • Techniques for achieving compliance
    • Test and verification methods
  • Safety:
    • Knowledge of relevant standards
    • Interfacing with external test houses
  • PCB layout:
    • High voltage and high current layout techniques
    • Design for EMC


Desirable Skills

Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive will support the Channel Marketing Manager to deliver annual marketing plans to support Linn’s channel partners across independent retail and distribution markets.

The Marketing Executive will have:

  • Experience working in a broad marketing role
  • Experience of working with internal and external stakeholders, some internationally
  • Data literate and analytically minded
  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organization skills

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing all communications to the channel – including product launches, promotions and other updates
  • Website content updates
  • Trade website content updates
  • Campaign preparation to support retailers (to include data mining and data distribution)
  • Delivery of tailored annual marketing plans for top tier retailers
  • Social media management
  • Digital campaign management
  • Press office activity
  • Event planning and delivery
